IS `FISH ROCK' THE NEXT MUSIC TREND?

FALLBROOK, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- It sounds fishy but a California rock band hopes to get folks hooked on something called "Fish Rock." The band is called "The Dorados," after a species of fish -- and all the songs have fishy-sounding titles like "Wahoo Willie And Sheephead Sam" and "Tellin' Lies And Tyin' Flies." Dorados singer Larry Robinson says he and partner Gary Shiebler created "Fish Rock" after a friend who hosts a fishing radio show complained about the lack of "good fishing songs." The two men quickly wrote a ditty called "Barracuda Blues," and performed it on the show. Afterwards, they were inundated with requests for the song. Now that the two fishin' musicians know there's a market for tuna tunes, they're releasing a CD called "Hooked On Hookin' Up" that will be available next month.
