`AIR RAGE' PREDICTED TO RISE THIS SUMMER

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- Flight attendants are fearing this summer's busy travel season may lead to an outbreak of "Air Rage" among disgruntled passengers. The Association of Flight Attendants has just issued a formal request for all passengers to be more considerate to flight attendants and stay cool during the hot summer season. But one tried and true way to avoid any stress is to "bribe" your flight attendant. That's the advice of veteran flight attendant Tim Kirkwood, who says passengers who gave flight attendants cookies, trinkets or money are almost guaranteed to receive VIP treatment -- although many airlines discourage cash tips. Kirkwood says the flight attendant is there to be your friend, not your punching bag, and you can really have a nice flight if you butter him or her up.
