MIKE MYER SHAGS MADONNA FOR `AUSTIN POWERS' SOUNDTRACK

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Madonna will soon be shacking up with Austin Powers on a new album. The soundtrack for the film "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" features Madonna singing a new song called "Beautiful Stranger," as well as Lenny Kravitz's remake of the 1970 Guess Who hit, "American Woman." Other "shagadelic" songs on the soundtrack include a Scary Spice remake of Cameo's late '80s hit, "Word Up;" R.E.M.'s take on Tommy James' "Draggin' The Line" and Mike Myers' version of The Who's "My Generation." The weirdest rendition on the CD may be Myers' version of the Grover Washington hit, "Just The Two Of Us," which he performs as Powers' evil nemesis, Dr. Evil. The "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" soundtrack hits stores June 1.
