GROAN A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Next time someone starts groaning and moaning, don't tell them to quit it -- join in. According to Los Angeles-based psychotherapist Suzanne Lopez, groaning a few minutes each day is good for you because it helps rid your body of excess stress. The groaning and moaning also cause vibrations in your body that give your innards a good massage. Although some people prefer to groan alone, Lopez says there are benefits to sharing your sighs with others -- even when you're in the sack. She says groaning during sex will not only excite your partner, it will relax your body so you'll enjoy the loving even more. Lopez is the author of the upcoming book "Get Smart With Your Heart" (Putnam Books).
